Products available from AlpineAire include; just-add-water instant meals, including entrees, side dishes, breakfasts, soups, desserts, and individual items; ready-to-eat snacks; and some items requiring minimal cooking. AlpineAire Foods strives to procure all natural ingredients and the majority of their products contain no preservatives, no artificial flavors or colors, and MSG is never added to recipes.  Ingredients include freeze-dried, dehydrated, and powdered.

Foods are packed in a lightweight extra strength foil laminated pouch that ensures freshness for up to five years. For hot meals, just add hot water directly in the pouch, stir well, and wait about 10 minutes. Your meal is then ready to eat right out of the pouch if desired.  AlpineAire products can be used everyday and are perfect for backpacking, camping, boating, or any outdoor adventure.  Great for RV traveling, and of course emergency preparedness. Selected Gluten-Free items are available for those who are gluten intolerant.

The use of an oxygen absorber to help maintain freshness was introduced into the camping and preparedness industry by Denis Korn in the early 1990's and is included in all AlpineAire pouched and canned products.
