Mashed Potato with Turkey & Gravy
Classic mashed potatoes topped with turkey & creamy country gravy infused with select spices and accented with sage.
INGREDIENTS: Potato Flakes, Whey Powder, Cooked Freeze-Dried Diced Turkey, Potato Starch,
Whole Milk Powder, Low Sodium Chicken Broth [Maltodextrin, Salt, Torula Yeast, Dehydrated
Vegetables (Onion, Celery, Parsley, Spinach, Garlic, Carrot), Potato Flour, Xanthan Gum, Spices,
Extractives of Spice (including Turmeric and Paprika), Soy Lecithin. Not more than 2% Soybean Oil
added as a processing aid], Natural Butter Flavor, Corn Starch, Low Sodium Salt, Shortening Powder
[Partially Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Corn Syrup Solids, Sodium Caseinate, Mono & Diglycerids, and
Sodium Silico Aluminate (flow agent)], Minced Green Onion, Onion Granules, Garlic Granules, Black
Pepper, Fructose, Sage.
1. Open pouch and remove oxygen absorber. Remove Gravy packet and
2. Combine Gravy mix and 1 1/2 cups Boiling water in a suitable container and
stir thoroughly. Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
3. Add 1 cup Boiling water to remaining ingredients and stir thoroughly.
4. Seal pouch and let stand 10-12 minutes. Serve Gravy over Potatoes.
