Potato Cheddar & Chives
Instant potato flakes with sharp cheddar cheese & chives.
INGREDIENTS: Potato Flakes, Sharp Cheddar Cheese Powder (Pasteurized Milk, Cheese Cultures,
Salt, Enzymes, Disodium Phosphate, Annatto Extract), Potato Starch, Whey Powder, Instant Nonfat
Milk Powder, Chives.
1. Open can and remove oxygen absorber and spice packets.
2. Reseal can with plastic lid (provided) and shake vigorously in order to
re-distribute dry mix.
3. Boil two  cups of water in pot or suitable container.
4. Add one  spice packet and one and a half [1 1/2] cups dry mix. (Please note: 1
1/2 cups dry mix = two  servings)
5. Stir well, cover and remove from heat.
6. Allow to stand 15 minutes.
7. Stir and serve.
May be prepared HOT or COLD. Cover can with plastic lid to preserve remaining
