Shockwave II Spotlight
Power up from 7.5 watts to 15 watts of power with the flip of a switch. The
economical 7.5 watt output mode burns for up to 10 hours and provides plenty of
light for most diving and outdoor conditions. For those pitch black nights, wreck diving and
dark crevices, simply flip the switch to the screaming bright 15- watt output
mode. Princeton Tec's innovative dual filament multi-output bulb system
eliminates the need for two bulbs and complex switching systems. This unique
system also offers the added security of switching to an alternate bulb filament in the event the filament in use burns out. Specifications:

Princeton Tec's advertised product weights always include batteries. For many
products, battery weight is a large percentage of overall weight. Weight can be
significantly reduced by using lithium batteries in lithium-compatible
products.
XENON BULBS
Xenon bulbs come closest to replicating the color temperature of daytime
light. They also generate about twice the brightness and consume about half the
power of traditional halogen bulbs. Halogen and Xenon Lights are well-suited to applications where a
long-throwing beam is required such as caving and search and rescue. They are
less desirable for longer-term, backcountry uses, where weight and battery
efficiency are a must.

WATERPROOF - LEVEL 3
The highest of Princeton Tec's ratings, Level 3 is assigned to lights that
offer a degree of water protection equivalent to IPX8 in the International
Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) standards. Lights rated at Level 3 provide
waterproof integrity for continual submersion in water at depths down to 100
meters.

UL CERTIFICATION
Underwriters Laboratories Inc. (UL) is an independent, not-for-profit
product-safety testing and certification organization. They have been testing
products for public safety for more than a century. In order for a product to
bear the certified UL Mark, it must pass all UL requirements at their testing
facility. Princeton Tec lights that are UL certified fall into one of the
following classifications: Class I – Division II – Groups A, B, C, & D or
Class II - Division II – Groups F, & G. Refer to the comparison chart in the
rear of the catalog. Class I – Division II – Groups A,B,C,& D will be noted
with one (+) Class II – Division II – approved for Groups F, & G, will be
noted with two (++).
MULTIPLE MODES
Multiple settings on many of our products give you the flexibility to adjust
your light's brightness and/or beam width to illuminate greater distances or to
conserve battery power, depending on your needs.
