Directions for Sprouting
Place in a roomy container like a quart (using up to 1 tsp of seed) or a gallon jar (up to 3 Tbsp of seed). Soak in warm water 4-6 hours, keeping seeds just covered with water. Cover with a loose woven fabric, nylon stocking, or mesh secured down by a rubber band. Rinse and drain 2-3 times daily until sprouts are of desired length. Sprout in indirect sunlight to develop greener leaves. Swish out seed caps in a basin of water if desired.
