White Rice Instant Enriched BULK

50 lb box with Multi-Wall Kraft bag

No cooking required - Just add hot water
Use equal volumes of rice and water. Bring water to a boil and add salt and butter if desired, stir in rice. Cover, and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 - 10 minutes or simmer for 5 minutes and fluff with a fork before serving.

One-ounce dry instant rice will yield approximately 1/2 cup cooked.
Up to 25% more water may be added for a moister texture and improved yield when preparing 20 servings or more.
