1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The product shall be freeze-dried cooked beef dices, prepared from imported beef rolls. The beef rolls shall be manufactured from fresh lean beef trimmings, which are mixed with salt, stuffed into casings, cooked and frozen. Processed in an Agriculture Canada and USDA approved establishment.
